• We meet with you -- usually at no cost -- to learn about your advertising, marketing and sales objectives.
• We work with you to develop a plan on how to use available print media -- and for the past 10 years -- online media to reach those objectives.
• Then we work with you and your staff to prepare the content -- text, graphics and design -- that makes your selected print and online media effective.

Your interest is our only interest

• We don't promote a particular program or product as 'the best program for your company.'
• Our projects range from one page web sites and simple business cards to museum brochures and e-commerce web sites.

• We can do turn-key projects internally or we can work with your staff and resources you have worked with in the past

Fee structure

• Most projects are based on an hourly fee schedule, which varies with the specific project and the associate's skill level.
• All projects are bid in advance and you approve the budget before the project begins.

We do not mark-up outside services

When your project becomes more advanced than we can handle and we use outside resources, you are billed directly by those companies and we do not mark up their services.
